You have to pay for parking, low pay, no flexibility to work from home if your manager does not allow it, no cafeteria, no free snacks, very little opportunity to move up, no diversity amongst employees.

Not enough documentation for some of duties ( I personally I like to have documentation for work processes, that’s why I write and try to get a sign off for documentation that I create during my job).
