      Pros

      -Very Intelligent engineers and Employees -Some very fun,enjoyable people (it's really a handful of the management people who make this a difficult place to work) -Fairfield is a great area

      Cons

      -Upper management (save a few) have little respect for other employees -Benefits are lacking -Room for advancement is incredibly small -Looked upon poorly unless working well over 40 hours -the only people who advance are those who are willing to have no life outside of the company.

      Pros

      There were some good co-workers who shared my feelings.

      Cons

      CEO is only concerned with maximizing share price before he cashes out. Too many high paid executives who are only there because they follow blindly. Little investment in technology that will improve operations. Highly siloed. Different companies within RBC operate autonomously with different computer systems making it hard to find synergies. Operate largely by email and home-grown databases. Worst manager I've ever had. He micromanaged everyone, had no people skills and was passive aggressive. So happy I don't work for him anymore. HR is very unsupportive. Almost no women or minorities in management roles. Seriously need a diversity overhaul.
