Pros

Great benefits, solid parent company , pay ok

Cons

Rbc Bank Ga does not have a mortgage process in place that works. The managers in sales and underwriting are clueless with no sales experience. They have very limited portfolio products and are a small boutique bank . If you are talented but not liked, you will continue to be harassed until you leave or quit.lots of turnover.

Pros

Great people and good work life balance.

Cons

Lack of career growth for existing employees. At best you see lateral moves.

Pros

This is an excellent company all around. The majority of people who worked at RBC had been with the firm for many years and were generally pretty satisfied with their job. After going to work elsewhere it was pretty evident why people did not want to leave. A part from job security, the company has great benefits and takes care of their employees.

Cons

Its a huge company and unless your are Canadian, you will progress and grow within the firm, but the top jobs are usually for Canadian nationals.
