Pros

Great team and work ethic and I enjoyed working there every day.

Cons

Pros

Great source of financial knowledge and awareness, emphasizes the importance of financial knowledge and financial well being. Work life balance is acknowledged by management, and followed by most. Compensation and promotions are the same as in other large financial institutions. negotiate well at the beginning cause once hired, you'll fall into a paybands which makes it more challenging for an increase, just like in most large corporations. Still a good company to work for.

Cons

It's a large organization with many divisions which makes it harder to move around as specialized experience is required due to competion.
