-It took some time for management to recognize me for accomplishments and trust me with more complex tasks and duties that would aid my career.
-They stopped promoting people to senior positions in my department (and pay), therefore now I am in a situation where I do more than a Senior does, and am considered a senior, however I am not being compensated as one... whereas actual Seniors have been able to kept their Senior pay increase, without continuing to deserve it as they will only help minimally.

-End of year bonus will depends mainly on your numbers/stats, which can sometimes be a little unrealistic.
