Pros

The company offers many opportunities for internal growth and development. Possibilities to expand and branch out in your career are endless since RBC has well developed in all financial sectors.

Cons

Salaries are relatively in line with those of the competitors, however the financial "add on" benefits that could be offered by a financial institution to its own employees could be bettered.

Pros

Great customer service experience. Very high paced and demanding of high organization skills. If you don't have organization, you will learn it quickly.

Cons

Repetitious, fast paced customer service with many upset brokers that yell at you over the phone. High stress industry, Low base salaries compared to industry standards, and no growth potential.
