Pros

There is a good working environment.

Cons

Senior Management always takes a reactive approach with staffing issues and wait for 3 or 4 employees to leave before they readjust salaries. They also tend to promote people based on seniority rather than merit and potential for growth.

Large company with a lot of opportunity to work in different areas and at different functions. Great benefits and senior management is engaged and wants to see the organization do well. There is work life balance as well. Company is focused on taking care of the customer which is always a good sign.

Cons

Its difficult to sometimes get your career progressing due to the size of the organization.
