Pros

Room for growth, great benefits, stock options and sick days paid when required. Great coverage and prices for personal banking if employee. No fee account allowed

Cons

No team spirit, unrealistic goals passed down from upper and Middle Management, back biting and lack of moral. Divide and conquer attitude from upper and middle management, non cohesive sneaky behaviour not fitting of RBC's mission statement.

Pros

Training is excellent. The culture and work environment is very motivating and inspiring for creativity. There are a lot of opportunities to go up in the company to advance one's career.

Cons

Scheduling is very strict, very difficult to change schedules. Especially for students who need to change their schedule to adjust their work & school life.
