Pros

Compensation good and above the average, Good fellow workers and location for commuting was very central which reduced commuting time.

Cons

Culture terrible, Capital markets management very much old boys club with no consideration for work life balance or listening to their staff

Pros

They have a lending program for virtually every industry and/or asset type.

Cons

Commercial lending is strictly 'paint-by-numbers'. Limited ability (or desire) to lend outside of policy regardless of borrower quality. The administration department is all-powerful.
