Pros

Good overall compensation package, includes salary, yearly bonus, benefits, profit sharing, pension est. However salary along is below average and you get increases below 2% a year, so make sure if you start working here you start on a good amount.

Cons

Very difficult to move up if you do not have any connections. They want you to work in one position all your life for the same money.

Pros

Good Management, seem to care about employees, opportunities are available in different regions

Cons

Technology is out of date. Tends to be an industry follower as opposed to a leader.

Pros

It is a very solid bank. Worked in private banking for a period fo 20 years with same executive. Would like to go back to work but not in private banking. My immediate superior can be contacted any time for references. Presently in Europe will return June 6, 2014.

Cons

There is always training and I love the personal contact with the client. Have developed beautifu relatonships with them. You become part of a family.
