Pros

Great work environment, treated fairly, great benefits and most of all, great people to work with.

Cons

It is very tough to move up the corporate ladder at the pace that you want. Have to spend few years in each role before even considered.

- Allowed to work from home - Bank benefits such auto-insurance discount, free banking a/c, half priced annual fee for credit cards - Job security as compared to private companies - Good opportunity for youngsters to enter market with company's new grad hire program

Cons

- Politics amongst senior level management - Unequal distribution of work - Lower than average market pay
