Pros

Mobility and relatively safe company to work for with job security and lots of areas to move around

Cons

Some of the downsides are being stuck or finding yourself in the wrong area of the bank. Will take a year of sticking it out before moving without reputation damage

Manager - Accounting

Pros

Work life balance, regular 9-5 job sometimes it may stretch out to 6ish. Relaxed atmosphere where if one works hard it will definitely be noticed and people will value the hard work.

Cons

Boring atmosphere, will have people around you that are much older and not necessarily driven to work hard or to improve processes. Change occurs quite slowly.
