Pros

Great environment, people are very supportive and helpful. Management is very busy but they'll always be there when you seek advice or have questions.

Cons

Very extensive training process. 36 weeks of training until you become a full pledged employee. Though it is expected considering the fact that you're dealing with individuals life long investment plans.
