Pros

-prestige, and an environment where hard work is appreciated - one of the things i love, is the benefits... but thats what you find anywhere

Cons

-sometimes its a little too big -useless pitching -need to get the actual banking assistants to do actual admin work, that would be great

Pros

Highly professional and respected in the field by your peers. It opens significant opportunities for movement, having working for the strongest bank.

Cons

There is not internal hiring process to speak off. A lot of time is wasted performing mundane tasks as the platforms aren't interconnected. The clients receive better services than is offered to the staff.
