Pros

I loved my job right to the end and would take it back in a second if management was better selected.

Cons

There is not space to say why I lefted RBC. Bad Management is all I have to say. rethink about repalcing them with the ones they ran out the door.

Pros

Management recognizes importance of work life balance. Compensation is better than BOA and Wachovia.

Cons

Very little opportunity to move up. Everything is focused on making Scorecard #'s. Reorganizations happen every 6 months or so. When your boss' boss is out playing golf most afternoons, while you're stressed out to make your numbers, it's not very motivating!

Pros

They have a very good sales culture and do a good job promoting this sales culture throughout the branches and business banking.

Cons

They are not strong operationally. Their backroom function needs improvement. RBC did not seem to have a good reputation in the marketplace.
