Pros

They have a very good sales culture and do a good job promoting this sales culture throughout the branches and business banking.

Cons

They are not strong operationally. Their backroom function needs improvement. RBC did not seem to have a good reputation in the marketplace.

A solid talent management strategy that accelerated my career. A fabulous culture, considering its size it is very effective.

Cons

The salary is average. The performance rating system doesn't always encourage exceptional performance.

Pros

Many oppertunities for advancement since the company is so large. Year end bonus is generous. Great performance incentives such as convention cruise.

Cons

You can get lost in a sea of people doing a similar job as yours. Stingy vacation allotment and benefits. Pay is only average.
