Pros

Progressive CEO and HR policies compared to other large organizations; improving diversity at executive levels; some teams have excellent flexibility; lots of community support; training and mentorship opportunities available; savings matching available; support and leadership through covid was excellent

Cons

Flexibility and culture varies greatly depending on which team you're on; salaries lower than industry standard; benefits used to be excellent but have been dropping; ability to be promoted can be limited depending which team you're on

Pros

Great teammates, hardworking, friendly people. Interesting projects and clients. Large organization with many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Sometimes it feels too large and anonymous. As with many other organizations, national office or operations area feels taken for granted and is often first hit when there are layoffs.

Pros

Large company with plenty of lateral movement available. Many opportunities at all levels and geographical transitions easier if needed.

Cons

Difficult to move up without connections; need to know the right people to move up. Pat is not top of scale - management is happy to "be competitive" (not leading edge or first) , but still expect best in class quality staff.
