Pros

The company provides it's employees with numerous opportunities for interdepartmental and interdepartmental growth, depending on the available opportunities at that given time.

Cons

Cons come from lack of communication between multiple departments, different RBC entities and upper management. Departments acts like completely different entities rather than a cohesive bank reaching for the same goals. This lack of communication results in hiccups for client facing roles as they are unable to set proper expectations with clients.

Cons

No flexibility to grow or change. That may be different now as they cleaned house after I left.
