Great owners who really care

Pros

The owners and the rest of the leadership team really care about their employees. They have an open door policy where they regularly interact with people at all levels. The company is growing, so there are opportunities to advance. Management is open to new ideas and strives to be a best in class employer. Very nice office space with a kitchen fully stocked with tons of snacks and drinks.

Cons

I personally don't care for the ERP system currently in place, however, I have been told they will be looking at new software options in the coming year.

Pros

Only thing great about them was the free snack that were provided in the break room. Payroll gossips amongst one another about the company problems

Cons

Terrible benefits, everything is a workers comp issue to the owner can’t have a potluck because it can be a workers comp hazard. Oh DONT PRINT IN COLOR !!!

Not much to say here. Used to be a good company.

Cons

It was a crazy place to work that was full of CONSTANT changes. The owners made very poor decisions in hiring upper management and it cost them dearly.
