In my many years of corporate recruitment, I have never disliked a company the way that I dislike this one. I i knew by my 2nd day that i had made a bad decision to accept an offer. They micromanage their employees from the entry level.recruiters up to the senior level recruiters. They monitor your every move through the ancient desktop computer they send out to you for Remote workers. Working remotely these days. modern corporate companies provide you with a lapyop, not a desktop ancient computer with 2 large monitors that take up all of your desk space. They are so behind in time, noone uses desktop computers anymore. They expect you to sit at your desk for 8 hrs with no breaks or no lunch. If you do take breaks, they will say that you're not wotking.. They have their I.T. . team sit and monitor your computer all day. There is no process training & you're expected to start posting your jobs on indeed & start recruitng day 2 with no real training. Their applicant tracking system is horrible. They also expect you to tell your manager daily when you're going to lunch if you're not going at the same time every day. They will paint the picture during your interview that they wotk hard & have fun. Yeah, work hard at micromanaging and playing i-spy. Oh and if you don't do exactly what they tell you to do to your linkedin account, they will harrass you aboit it. The pay is vey low, they also expect for you to have your camera on during meetings. Meetimgs that are daily to go over your work. Most real corporate companies have systems that allow you to pull reports to show your activity and have team meetings once or twice a week. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this place. I am glad that I was able to see early that I was not staying. Stay away fom this company. Trust me..
