Frustrating job environment despite flexible schedule and pay

Flexible schedule, good pay, gas mileage paid
Cons
Very hard to complete Walmart/ Claire’s jobs. 99% of the time, employees ignore me or don’t care why I am there, no matter who I ask, or how many times. I try my best, but it’s always hard to find the team lead the job requires. Almost always have to hit that I was not allowed in the stockrooms; Or that I could not even find a single team lead. Many times employees will call for said lead, but they never usually come, and the jobs are not close enough to me that i’m able to go and try again another day. Have to complete the job with what is possible. Gets a tad frustrating, scared that I will get in trouble when really, it’s Walmart having no idea what RDS is, or not caring enough to help.
