Pros

It’s a job I guess

Cons

Poor communication, training, and too much turnover. Don’t pay employees what they’re worth or at least compensate based on the market in which employees live.

Pros

Great hours that you schedule. Specific due dates, as long as you transmit your completed assignment on time, you work whenever you want to. Great pay if you learn quickly and move FAST. Quarterly bonuses if you're on time, work a certain amount of hours, keep a good collection speed and in general good standing. No local office. All communication done via phone/email. Transmit data daily via Wi-Fi. No local management. Might get to travel. I've been to Oregon, Washington, Virginia, Washington DC, New York, California, Texas, Utah and Hawaii. All expenses paid, rental car, decent hotels/air, $30 in meals daily.

Cons

It's a lonely job sometimes. Some jobs pay terribly but you can't choose what you'll do. Some jobs are undercover and are very hard to complete. Sometimes D.M's act like you haven't been doing a certain job for a very long time and feel the need to treat you like the new kid on the block. Even if they never did the job themselves or juggled as much work as you. Some client managers are hard to deal with and put a lot of Blane on field workers for things that are messy due to poor management at the office level. I've seen other reviews from CRMs saying almost the same thing. Every other week another client is the "priority". Constantly changing management around but most things never change. They choose who moves up and who they want to train well to succeed based on personal opinion. If you're not in that group you're staying right where you are. Unless you're lucky to get a decent DM and you back them well and they can lean on you. Then maybe you might be in the in crowd. Or maybe you'll be used and they'll take all the glory too. Ya never know. If you're slow paced, have a lot of physical pain, like to have camaraderie during work- you won't make it and if you do you'll never make more than minimum wage. I'm not trying to be rude only honest. I see 9 out of 10 hired walk out in the first week or two, mostly without notice. The tenth hire is usually gone by the end of the month.
