Pros

You get to decide when you want to work, whether its morning or after midnight--as long as you get assignments in during the given due date. Pay is good if you're fast. I make between $20-90/hour because I am fast and have gotten very good at the highest paying jobs, which translates to around 60k on average per year. Flexible. Great for students, stay at home moms, or anyone who wants a second job where they can decide what hours work best.

Cons

The biggest thing is that management doesn't care about you--just about the work that needs to be done. If you're slow or slow to learn, you won't make as much once you're taken off of your introductory minimum wage. After about two months, you're switched to piece rate which is a price per item that you collect. If you learn how to be fast, you can earn between $20-40 an hour (honestly if you do the same job each week, you will get fast if you focus on learning the list). If you're slow, you will continue to earn minimum wage. Management doesn't seem to listen and tends to give you too many jobs for you to complete. They never look at what else you have assigned and then are surprised when you can't get it done. I have also had issues in the past with my manager making me complete or recomplete jobs during my time off. They don't seem to care about their employees or the fact that they have lives outside of work--they just care that the work is done. You need to be firm with your DM in making sure you're not taken advantage of. High turnover job so they pack your schedule with as much work as possible because they don't have enough employees to cover the work (which could be a good thing if you need more money). Little to no room for advancing upwards. Half the jobs are undercover, which tends to make some people quit because they can't handle being kicked out from time to time.
