Pros

Make your own hours (sort of) and not micro managed. If you are able to work on your own, read and comprehend with little direction then this job is great. I'm a self motivated person who likes to work the job to make the most money that I can. Not every one is able to do that.

Cons

This is the job for those that need to be explained every single part of the job. Money could definitely be better. Since I started the piece rate has gone down, not up for several jobs. Its the opposite of getting a raise. Inflation has increased, but not our wages.

Pros

The work is easy for your schedule if you have prior engagements like another job. This could be an ok way to make extra money.

Cons

The job list given to new employees can be very stressful and confusing. Some of the items wanted can be hard to find and if you're doing a lapel audit; it can be very hard for new employees to discreetly move around.

Flexible but Inefficient

Pros

You are assigned jobs a week or more in advance and have a window of 2-3 days to do the jobs, and you can do them whenever you want as long as the store you're working in is open, so there is a lot of scheduling flexibility. You are pretty much left alone to do your thing once you are trained. If you are really good at it you can make pretty good money. There are opportunities for paid travel if you want them.

Cons

Their systems are very inefficient. There's a lot they could do that would vastly improve the speed and ease with which the job is done. Everybody makes the same money, but some people have better equipment than others. Many of the jobs are done "undercover" and you can be asked to leave a store which could be embarrassing. I don't see a new employee making more than the minimum base salary for a long time, it takes a while to get good at it. It is very very very tedious.
