      Pros

      None. The management believes that the job you have there is a god send.

      Cons

      Bad Execution, Technologically illiterate, Believes that you should just know what they want. Nothing you deliver will ever be good enough. They micromanage you to certain failure. They make sure you feel small. Will scapegoat you if opportunity presents itself. They play favorites. the list goes on. On top of all that you will never get a pay raise and they make sure to pay you well under your worth.

      My experience at Remax company was or my favorite jobs so it was a hard-working job it definitely kept my day satisfied.

      My favorite things to do was Labor simply because I have passion for making homes better. Painting, tile, sheetrock, and carpentry and general was my dream since I was am I I was lessons age

      There are not much cons I have working for Remax although it was busy I would love to have my 4 year job back
