Pros

New agent and I have amazing mentor who shows me the ropes! But if I didn't have her, I do not think I would be as confident because I was kind of just thrown into the business without substantial training when I first started out, from the over all company.

Cons

Fees are extremely high if you want to go full time as a solo agent and not working under a team.

Convenient location and a private office

Had to fight for paycheck, more often than not it was incorrect if I did get it on time. He yells and curses, Dr Jekyll then Mr Hyde. Will never compliment you on your work. He will curse you and then when you show him it something he did he then gets angrier. Not appreciative if you are in the office early, benefits very poor.
