Pros

Learned how Municipal & Twp worked as far as gaining Permits, costs, Extreme Detail Orientation (ALL closing docs had to be complete & correct before closing)

Cons

Minimal Training - Basically learning Real Estate rules, regulations & terms very quickly. Use of a Public Notary to maintain all information was accurate, correct to become a legalized documents based on even the smallest off errors or incorrect verbage

Pros

This real estate company has some prestigie name as a brokerage company, Beautiful website and you can take excellent courses online at its website: remax university

Cons

This is very expensive brokerage, real estate agent has to pay desk fee from $300 to $600 monthly, this depends on your split commission, that could be 90/10 or 95/5. it's mean if you choose to take the 90/10 split you will probably have to pay $ 300 monthly desk fee plus $395 to 450 closing fee and $50 for E & O

Pros

Lots of training and supportive admin team, with opportunities to expand projects and move into different areas of administration. If you show talent and responsibility, there will be opportunities for you here. The owner is a skilled manager and the administrative team is a positive team environment with lots of support.

Cons

Sometimes agents can be a little tough to work with. But if you can stay professional it will not be a problem.
