Pros

Incredible support systems, free training, owner keeps himself highly educated in all the "latest" innovative ideas in the marketplace (ie: social marketing, feedback systems, call capture systems, and anything new that comes on the market). Owner has wonderful social interaction with every agent in his company. He is fair and extremely intelligent.

Cons

It's expensive to be an agent there if you are not closing a deal monthly. They charge a monthly fee rather than a percentage of your closing pay. If you have consistent closings, then the fees are VERY reasonable, but if you go a couple months without a closing, then the monthly fees are difficult to handle.
