      Broker owner is more concerned about the individual realtors that work for her than the company intself

      Cons

      commission job and with the real estate market as it is now it is a tough occupation to be in

      Pros

      Enjoyed the flexibility to allow me to have work life balance. Not as receptive to off-site work as some. Overall very nice folks.

      Cons

      Kind of stuck in their ways, but it's good that each broker owns his or her own business because it allows for individual flexibility.

      Consistent mission, but always trying new approaches to accomplish it. Nice facilities. Focus on promoting from within. Strong global reputation.

      Cons

      Constant re-organizational efforts in response to the downturn and stagnation in the industry is having an impact on employee loyalty.
