Really interesting business model that has a real chance to be revolutionary. Opportunity to make a significant impact(if you can navigate the office politics well).

Cons

Constant changes/reorganizations/initiatives lead to a lot of confusion & hours spent on projects that went nowhere. Unrealistic deadlines. Intense culture, always felt like I was competing with my teammates, rather than working with them. Leadership was way too quick to threaten people's jobs. No clear career roadmap.

Pros

Lots of high profile assignments, great experience and exposure. Empowering environment.

Cons

The other posts are spot on regarding senior leadership. Too many assignments, no clear communication, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Both hands are assigning critical projects with unrealistic due dates to an already spread thin staff.

There are none. All the good people have left.

Cons

Could write a novel. No one knows what they are doing. People are straight up mean. The whole thing is a toxic pile of crap. There’s no focus on building a company or basic fundamentals. The only focus is on what Ari woke up and decided that day. The whole thing is ruled by fear.
