- Remote work - Young company - Cool concept

Cons

- Management is full of a bunch of over talking conmen - Frequent layoffs - Below Market Pay - Unpaid bonuses - Work/Life balance is complete crap - No one respects your PTO - Demeaning and demoralizing leadership - Turnover rate is higher than anything I've seen before - Consistently told we’re exceeding revenue expectations, while somehow still not able to pay out bonuses or fill open positions - Often pushed to do things incorrectly just to say they were done

In Miami Got to work from home

Cons

They aren't making money so they are depending on raised money They are burning thru the money like wildfire Hireing too many useless people Then laying off (mass layoffs) the wrong ones Management is terrible Changing direction every moment No continuity. One manager tells you not to do something, gets laid off, then the new one asks you why you didn't do it.

Pros

Remote for certain roles. Benefits, although they are not very competitive and do not kick in for 60 days. Otherwise none. Would not recommend to anyone, not even for entry level.

Cons

Severely disorganized. They have acquired several companies and Frankenstein'ed them together into the monster that is REEF. IT infrastructure is a mess and very insecure. Turnover is high. HR is basically nonexistent and many of the executives are extremely self-important and rude. People with the same job title have vast pay disparities. Do not work here unless you have no other options.
