Cool team of individuals to work with, also get along with everyone it's a great comfortable environment. Pays honestly and on time. I would say great care of his employees.

Cons

Even though people has it down the head still watching over employees. (That's blatantly inappropriate).

-The standards set by the department heads make almost everyone you work with directly very reliable.

Cons

-Executives make decisions based of aesthetics that will completely turnover how you do your job, and can lavish insane expectations on you. DISCLAIMER: the latter happened during COVID-19, and may just be a one-time occasion
