Amazing ideas, Hot Mess Execution

Great visionary ideas, cool concepts for redevelopment of parking assets, however out of touch with reality state of current business. Long term employees that survived the mergers who care about the parking business and welfare of business. Parking CEO is a good guy but has some poisonous leaders in his team.

Cons

Company is powering ahead implementing mass change with little to no planning. Totally winging a major corporate and cultural change with no plan or empowerment of employees. Support departments are a mess. Senior HR leaders sincerely lack integrity, and planning. Company is neglecting the morale and general welfare of their employees as they take on major change which is not putting them in a position to succeed.

An amazing start-up with a huge potential of growth. They give you everything you need to accomplish your missions.

Cons

At this stage, you need to be self-driven and able to take your own decisions and responsibilities. The company would not be a good fit for people who cannot take ownership and need to be directed on a day-to-day basis.
