So little supervision that it is cool to do drugs on shift.

Cons

So little supervision that you don't have a clue what you are doing. They have online training modules, most of which make no sense. Management doesn't have a clue what they are doing. They are a tech company that has zero business in the food industry. I was told to serve spoiled food. There are no quality standards. Air conditioning in the kitchen trailers was miserable. They had us taking the temperature of the trailer throughout the day and it was regularly 95° and higher. I was made a bunch of promises to find them unanswered.

I feel like I am part of something special. I am part of a team that is leading with trust and transparency. I've learned a lot over the last year. I would join again and would encourage anybody looking for a challenge to learn more abut what we are building.

Cons

Life during COVID has been frenetic. Video meetings cannot replace being face-to-face with colleagues.
