Always receive last minutes changes from the leadership team and still push their staff to meet deadlines. They never appreciate their employees, instead, they let go lots of employees no matter how long you have stayed with them, and then they just said it is to "re-organize" the organization for good..... what a joke, the only good thing about this company is your employees. The leadership always has unrealistic goals like they let go the entire accounting department and would like to offshore the department in Turkey in 2 months. Ridiculous. This is the horrible place that I have ever worked with. stay away!

The featured review on this page is from a Director-level employee based in Miami (where REEF Is headquartered) who has nothing but praises to sing about this company -- this is propaganda and those who are thinking of applying for this company should go through the negative reviews where the truth lies. I don't think there is a company out there that truly thinks of their employees over their bottom line but REEF takes it to a whole other level. There have been employees in the accounting department who have been with the company for many years despite the very low pay and dismal benefits but they stuck with the company out of loyalty and because the people you go to work with day in and day out are great. REEF rewards that loyalty with terminations and they couldn't care less about employee morale. Is that the kind of employer you want to work for?
