I cant think of one.

Cons

This is a cattle farm where they work people to death with zero respect. Leadership is a joke and most of the time don't believe what they are preaching. Most reef employees could not get a job elsewhere if they wanted to. A herd of hustlers thinking that they are Steve Jobs wasting 2 billion dollars.

The REEF University is a wonderful benefit. REEF provides a platform upon which current employees can build a better career through work and life related short courses. Wonderful!

Cons

The starting pay, at least where I work, isn’t competitive enough to attract and obtain applicants who are willing to invest their time and energies in the open positions.
