Pros
No pros at all - only the teammates then all of them resigned or fired.
Cons
Worst management ever. Ever-changing ideas, none of them have thought about how they will be and always cause negativities in the long run. There’s no such thing as “working hours” here—your manager expects you to be on call 24/7, weekends included, as if you’re a subscription service they forgot to cancel. Funny enough, they always do forget to cancel the company’s actual subscriptions.. but somehow it’s the AP team’s fault when the invoices go unpaid! Manipulation, arrogance, no professional direction, eventually panic attacks and resignation.
