      Pros

      Fast paced work environment with endless growth opportunity. REEF enables and encourages employees to think outside of the box and have an entrepreneurial approach to daily responsibilities. Very diverse and dynamic group of people eager to participate into REEF's success.

      Cons

      Have to be agile and flexible as there is a lot of information and the business is moving fast.

      Pros

      I excel under pressure; REEF enables me to flex my muscles and build new strengths along the way. I have a supportive manager and a diverse set of colleagues that have really broadened my worldview. Learning to deal with ambiguity and moving targets is difficult, but the high-trust environment fostered by the head of team encourages me to take calculated risks and try my best, with the knowledge there is plenty of support if I fail.

      Cons

      There could be more structure, better adherence to process, and clearer direction but I’m not sure if that would eliminate some of the sense of accomplishment each completed challenge offers.
