      Pros

      Fast growing company with lots of opportunity to grow, excel and contribute to a true movement.

      Cons

      I've been here a year and a half and while the company is experiencing typical growing pains, the company culture supports its employees and has aggressive policies to insure a pleasurable working experience.

      Pros

      Remote for certain roles. Benefits, although they are not very competitive and do not kick in for 60 days. Otherwise none. Would not recommend to anyone, not even for entry level.

      Cons

      Severely disorganized. They have acquired several companies and Frankenstein'ed them together into the monster that is REEF. IT infrastructure is a mess and very insecure. Turnover is high. HR is basically nonexistent and many of the executives are extremely self-important and rude. People with the same job title have vast pay disparities. Do not work here unless you have no other options.

      Super fast paced environment with great opportunities to grow. Insane amount of exposure to industry.

      Cons

      The level of ambiguity may no be for everyone and it is easy to feel lost sometimes due to nature of the business
