      Work life balance, great people. Managers treat you well. Great for someone starting their career, well prepped for an advancement in another company

      Lack of growth. Not many career advance opportunities in Canada.

      Pros

      Lower level employees are talented, hard working and caring. My heart goes out to them.

      Cons

      No Leadership. Running kitchens without health permits, vessels (food trucks) are not up to code, lying to restaurant partners, fudging projections, burning through cash, CFO exists in less than 4 months, leadership threatening people’s jobs on conference calls. The review titled Hulu is spot on. Not profitable. Google Fuku + Houston and Dallas.
