The hard thing about things. This is a startup building something thats never been built before so its hard work, often long hours, and theres no playbook. We are defining it together. If that energizes you its a great place to work. If you arent comfortable with a blank canvas then this isnt the right place for you. Some folks like to build the house some folks like to live in a house thats already built. We are building. It's hard but fun.
