Able to contribute and make an impact no matter your level or experience. They are in a state of development and growth. Its a place that truly believes in positive intent and impact. People, for the most part, are authentically good and want to connect with and help others.

Cons

Def not a typical 9-6. There will be weird off hours. Change is normal so you have to constantly learn and get used to new policies and processes as it is in a state of growth and formation.
