Upper management is a “click” if you don’t kiss there behinds , they will go out of there way to make you employment a living hell. The GM is so negative and nasty, you can’t be confident around him or he will say the employees don’t like you, or he “heard “ this or that from other employees. Which all came out to be lies due to my research and history fact finding of the employees that have been there for years. He tried to professionally assonate my experience by having a hour long “bashing meeting” with me and his “click”. Come to find out that this management team has lost so many supervisors due to the very same treatment that I went thru. The upper leadership team there is a example of what you don’t want managing your transportation company. I have never experienced in all my working years the “messy behaviors “ of this upper management team.

Hostile Work Environment, Work/Life Balance is something you have to negotiate hard. High Turnover, Lack of leadership and extremely limited opportunities.
