Pros

The technology side of the org is evolving daily in a positive direction. Agile leadership is on point from the CTO to our Scrum team execution. Opportunity to grow fast for those that are driven and want to make a difference. When a need is found, we are able to hire to get the job done.

Cons

Agile implementation is slow going on the other areas of the business. Too many simultaneous priorities from the top, but is getting better every quarter with better planning.

Good salary, that’s about it!

Cons

The most disorganized company. The left hand should know what the right hand is doing. With Reef, left hand has no idea where the right hand was. Upper management clueless about operations. They keep crappy senior execs and just move them around to prevent harm. No structure and lost way too many good employees due to their incompetency. Would never recommend to even the most desperate.
