-Where to even start. The CEO listens to NO ONE so don't expect any positive changes, even when they desperately need to happen. Especially when it comes to improving the employee culture, he is NOT a people centric person. Employee well being falls far below power trips and profits. -The company is horribly run but people who seemingly have no idea what they are doing. Need proof? Run a quick Google search and read about all the money they owe vendors. -Don't expect the tools you need to perform you job at maximum capacity. -No growth opportunities. They may tell you there are so many opportunities to grow, but trust, there aren't. Managers typically want to promote employees and give them raises but executives make that task nearly impossible. -Communication here is ridiculous. Half the time no one knew really what was going on with the company. We learned more from the news and LinkedIn bragging than anywhere else. Departments also don't communicate and work adequately with each other. -They are always laying people off. -Oh and good luck ever getting that bonus! I could go on, but read on through here, you will get an idea of what life is really like at REEF!

The company culture sounds amazing on paper, but the behavior of senior leadership is too often overly toxic and/or shockingly unprofessional. The matrix organization is extremely silo'd and teams are set up to work in competition with each other. Extreme speed everywhere results in shoddy execution. The lack of transparent communication and focus at the top permeates the entire organization, making it nearly impossible to get anything meaningful done.
