      Operations works all the time and get paid very little. A lot of promises and talk about pay and promotions, but no results.

      The idea of connecting services to your block is enticing and motivating. Very entrepreneurial environment. People are nice.

      Cons

      The say and do ratio does not match, no tools, no accurate data. Good ole boy mentality - core group that cares about themselves, not talent. Work life balance is non existent.
