Salary is not bad, low and mid level employees are great

Cons

CEO and his yes men ruin the whole concept. They cut you off regardless of your contribution if some upper level dude doesnt like you there.

Good to great tips. Nice cars. General safe environment.

Cons

Poor scheduling. Often given less than 12 hours before the following Monday. Complimentary parking often means people who get free parking also don't tip.
