Pros
Not strenuous -easy to perform the job at any physical level
Cons
I am a full time employee however, the company cuts my hours almost every week. We are hourly employees, the managers often text us ( the drivers) the morning of our shift ( sometimes two hours before I supposed to arrive to work) telling me to "take the day off" meaning there isnt enough work. They keep you home without pay. Or they text you to come in at 3pm whenyour shift starts at 11am. They still send you home at your scheduled end time therefore only working 3 or 4 hoursout of an 8 hour workday. Supervisors/ managers are highly unorganized. Its like they dont communicate with each other. One tells you one thing another one tells you something else to do and it's very confusing there's really no Direction. Overall not a good place to work. It could be an amazing place but clearly not enough attention is being focused from Senior Management to fix the problems and also to treat employees better.
