      Travel with lots of growth opportunities!

      Cons

      They don’t really know what they’re doing in the food and beverage world. There’s a lot of bad ideas put out there and not thought through and poorly executed.

      Pros

      I have worked at REEF Miami for 2 years. If you are looking to just be a "cog in the wheel" at a large company, REEF will not be the place for you. If you are looking to work in a fast paced environment, on various meaningful projects with an AMAZING group of people, you will love your time at REEF. You will not hear feel-good or buzzy tech words here. The vision is real, the work is interesting, and the results are tangible. Leadership gives concrete, direct feedback which makes you grow and learn, fast. The CEO is inspiring and present. It's been a fantastic experience.
