      Pros

      You will learn how to layoff people week and you will get good at it. You will learn how NOT to trust the leaders at this company. You will learn to quickly look for another job. You will learn to TUNE OUT leaders when they are speaking.

      Cons

      EVERY SINGLE THING AT THIS COMPANY. The new CPO, is useless. You can be sure that out of 60 minutes he talks in a minutes, 58 minutes is fluff. Finish your 2 minutes at the start of the meeting "Or" let ppl drop-off the call

      couldn't find any pros. There are none.

      Cons

      There are some smart people to work with but most of the Turkish Managers are egoists. Poor leadership and the worst management I've ever seen. The company is handled as a family company. Most of the managers are someone's relatives. Turkish employees are working without insurance and no social security pay and I cannot believe that they accepted this kind of workplace. But all of the good people left and the remaining ones gets what they deserve

      Not too many. The company isn’t stable.

      Start up that can’t seem to keep their head straight. Way too many C level folks. Constant layoffs in tech.
